Nothing like a charity event to get you in the holiday spirit/ finish your holiday shopping! Last night at a warehouse off of W. Commerce St. local artists, musicians, volunteers, and art appreciators gathered to donate some money and walk away with some amazing artwork! The proceeds went to Resolana, which is:"a community based nonprofit organization that provides holistic, gender-sensitive, rehabilitative programming for incarcerated women".
The night consisted of live music, live auctions, and beer drinking, in an unheated, but very lively space! If you didn't get a chance to go/participate this year, I certainly suggest you check it out for next year!
All of the artwork was created at the warehouse the day before the event. Such amazing work! So happy I could be there to see it!
